Dev Version Release - TRAINS!

Quick and dirty toss out for those of you willing to risk some issues here and there for early access to train sounds, with the catch that now you're obligated to tell me if something is broken! (Oh no!)

Added critical sounds for locomotives, rolling stock sounds haven't been changed yet, just the engines themselves. I've also added sounds for a Compressor and Water Injector, for my fellow train enthusiasts.
