The Return of Dynamic Features + Naval

I've added new sounds for most of the naval content of course, but the biggest thing in this update is the return of some (not all) of the dynamic features. Namely, I was able to get the artillery deafening and tinnitus to work. Footsteps are another matter, and as of now might be too janky to leave in. We'll give it an update or two to find out.

As always, feel free to contact me directly to report issues. There are a couple things I'm not happy with which will likely be tackled this Christmas.

As for the heavy truck, the reason it doesn't have any sound is because I've got plans for it that involve recording sounds myself, which I won't be able to do until I'm back home for the holidays. Stay tuned.

(And sorry for the release delay. I've been exceptionally busy with work and engineering courses, so finding time to get everything tested on the dev-branch didn't pan out.)

I think the Up54 hotfix makes  faltbed's engine sound too loud, my ears is little bit...

My bad for not realizing outdated versions could still be downloaded from Dev blogs. Check the main page for the most up to date version, this issue has already been fixed. You should be running 54.1, and if there’s still an issue with that version I’ll get to it after exam week is over.

Hello

I am in love with your mod, the amount of inmersion it gives is incredible. thank you very much for doing it. You are clearly a very talented guy.

Only commend I have is that trucks and vehicules crashing into things or eachother are way too loud, I dont feel it nice nor inmersive, only anoying.

I hope you are able to continue improving this mod and that you get the recognition you deserve

I created this acoount with the only intention of writting this comment to you

This has been addressed, and a hotfix will be pushed tonight
