Update 52, changes, and the plan moving forward.
I've cut out all the components of the mod that no longer work, and reassigned what does to the base game sound classes. For all intents and purposes, what's in that file is a hollow shell of what my sound mod used to be. It will sound similar, but the only dynamic effects that remain are doppler effect on moving vehicles and detail over distance for gunfire. Everything else no longer works. There is potential to get the explosion effects working again, but at the moment I don't have the time or energy to invest into that and as such I've mixed the sounds down into something that will vaguely resemble what it used to do.
I still have the original, healthy project, should a miracle come along and allow me to continue development on it. But for now, don't expect more than fairly irregular maintenance updates to keep it working as the game continues to be developed.
