Major Update and Name Change - Liquid's Sound Overhaul Version 0.8


Why the version number? I plan at least one or two more updates before true 1.0 readiness. But I digress...

They've finally come, vehicle sounds!



Every faction specific vehicle (hopefully) has had it's engine sounds replaced to convert them to the new systems, along with tank cannons and machine guns. BMS vehicles, the yellow ones (and the trains) have been deferred because I'm still working on systems for the steam locos, and finding sounds for them has been tricky.

Major Improvements and Bug Fixes!



Several changes have been made to improve registration of EEEEEEE, audio ducking, internal sounds, and so on. Furthermore, to account for the inability to adjust the volume of the modded sounds in the settings, the overall volume of the mod has been reduced by 50%. This should make it easier to balance modded sounds, base game sounds, and the voice chat without making the game absurdly loud.

Extra Minor Additions



Menu music and Anthems have been replaced. I couldn't stand how cartoony they were. If you want to use your own music mods, you'll have to wait for the 1.0 version, which will have more compatibility features.
Some Interior/Exterior sounds have been simplified for more consistent performance, until I get around to blueprint editing

Be aware, there are likely to be bugs or sounds that haven't been set up properly. If you notice any of these, please DM me on discord at Liquid Popsicle#5794, or ping me in the Foxhole Modding Discord.

PLEASE, please keep an eye on Storm Cannons and whether you can hear them. There may very well be an issue that keeps them from being audible past 160 meters, due to how the developers set up the original sound classes. Should that be the case, I have an emergency hotfix ready.
